Walter owned and operated Prince Castles and Cock Robin ice cream shops from 1931-1993, laying the foundation for fast-food giants. Here, Walter and his wife, who worked together in the family business, are looking toward the park which is located on the site of their ice cream factory and first retail shop. Grace was also instrumental in restoring and furnishing the Martin Mitchell Mansion and acquiring the land that is now the Edward Hospital campus.
